This part of the service ensures that we will support you every month beyond your migration, helping to maximise the power of Actionstep to meet your growth objectives.

Our proven 8-step implementation process
We use an 8 step implementation programme to migrate firms to Actionstep. Step 1 is the discovery phase, where as 2 to 7 are the Convert phase Step 8 is the Growth phase.
Step 1. Audit & Scoping workshop - Without cost or commitment we will undertake an initial scoping workshop with you to help you understand the time, effort and budget to migrate to Actionstep. This will help you make an informed decision on migrating to Actionstep.
Step 2. Project kick off (General setup of Actionstep) - We will work with you to gather the necessary information and data to start the configuration of your Actionstep.
Step 3. Design workshops - We will work with you to guide you on your Actionstep options, make decisions and then implement your requirements.
Step 4. Data migration / Testing - During this phase we will prepare, test and validate your data imports so we know the Go Live weekend will work seamlessly.
Step 5. User specific training - Users will get to see, use and learn about Actionstep so there are no surprises at Go Live.
Step 6. Go Live - Your users login to Actionstep on the agreed go live date.
Step 7. Inform setup (Analytics and Reporting aka Business Intelligence) - Your users have access to specific reporting and analytics needed to understand and enhance your business.
Step 8. Review / Improve and GROW your firm - We will work with you to review the implementation, identify areas of desired business improvement and help you implement profitable changes.
